When a troop is planning a trip or event that includes non registered Girl Scouts please be sure to add insurance coverage.
The details for this can be found when reading safety wise or the level training that as a leader should be done on line.
This is a link to get additional information and where/who to send the check to. All activity form permission must be filled out 2 weeks before the event as well as the insurance info. This is not anything new. Just be aware.
